We purchase fixer-uppers. We rehab the property. Getting them ready for the next owner. These properties are mostly local, in North Carolina or South Carolina.
Discount Properties
We work with buyer's looking to find property. Large or small, condo or multi-family units. We can find it and get it for you at the price that's right. We always have a current list of available properties for you to check out.
