Ken - Owner/CEO
He is a graduate of North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University in the School of Communications. Ken has experience with acquisitions, marketing and communications. He has become well rounded in property investing. Ken helps locate property and write proposals.
Marilyn - Owner/CFO
She is also a graduate of North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. Marilyn has a degree in Computer Science. She has many years experience in financing and banking. Marilyn handles the property search, comps and financials for the company.
